Hattat Holding was founded in 1996 and incorporates 21 companies with more than 4,000 employees. Hema Endüstri is the fully owned subsidiary of Hattat Holding. Hema Endüstri reached the capacity of gear set and transmission production for 1 million vehicles per year.

We acted as the Advisor to Hema Endüstri A.Ş., Hattat Holding A.Ş. and Hattat Automotive Group on the restructuring of Eur 380M debt to the consortium of 7 international and 16 local financial institutions.
