Dağhan Alpman has more than 16 years of experience in professional services on a variety of areas including external and internal audit, company valuations, initial public offerings, M&A, due diligence, risk management and business strategy.

Dağhan Alpman received his bachelor’s degree from Istanbul Technical University and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Istanbul Bilgi University.Dağhan Alpman started his career as an independent auditor and worked in a number of companies in the preceding years where he gained extensive experience in the technology companies, foreign investment and U.S. Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) processes and M&A transactions as a CFO.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and Turkey and also holds Certified Fraud Examiner, Chartered Global Management Accountant and Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certifications.
